Bryan County has many industrial opportunities to offer.  It has a Class A industrial/business park, the Interstate Centre, at Black Creek at the Interstate 16 and U.S. Highway 280 interchange consisting of 1074 acres.  It is 10 minutes away from Interstate 95 and only 20 miles to the Georgia Ports Authority and the Savannah/Hilton Head Island International Airport.  Water, sewer, electricity, gas, and fiber optics are already on site and there are great incentives including Tier 1 Job Tax Credits, Freeport Exemption, FTZ Magnet Zone benefits and many tax advantages. The soils are excellent for construction and has low land costs. This park is already home to such companies as Oracal, Oneida, Daniel Defense and it has a newly constructed 605K SF cross-dock facility available for occupancy.

Near Richmond Hill, the Belfast Commerce Centre, a 904 acre rail served business park is under development with opportunities for 1 Mil SF +/- buildings. An interchange on the adjacent I-95 is in the permitting stage.
