The Richmond Hill Bryan County Chamber of Commerce presents Holly Days on the Hill which runs from Small Business Saturday – Nov. 24th (always the Saturday after Thanksgiving) through Bring One for the Chipper, Jan. 5th.

Holly Days on the Hill is a compilation of events and activities in Richmond Hill, beginning with Small Business Saturday, Nov. 24th and concluding with Bring One for the Chipper on Jan. 5th which is the City of Richmond Hill’s Christmas tree recycling program and a myriad of other holiday-related activities – like the Chili Cook-Off, Christmas Parade, Pictures with Santa and much more! Bulk Rate Permit: Taking advantage of our bulk rate permit doesn't mean that you get INCLUDED postage; however, you do receive our bulk mail rate. The bulk rate permit is a tremendous benefit that can save you a lot of money - as much as $300.00!

Business After Hours: Monthly networking event hosted by various Chamber businesses.

Events Calendar:: Got something going on? List it on the Chamber's Event Calendar which is posted on the Chamber's website. 

Chamber Decals: Members receive an outward sign of their support of the RHBC Chamber to be displayed in the window of their place of business or car. Electronic decals are also provided for website and social media marketing.

Coffee & Conversation or Lunch & Learn:: Monthly, the RHBC Chamber will host Coffee & Conversations and/or Lunch & Learns and the purpose of these events is to inform, educate and update the local business community on a wide-variety of subject matter.

Conference Room: Need meeting space? Use one of our two beautifully remodeled conference rooms 24/7 - INCLUDED. Call our office for availability.

Copies: Need something copied? Your Chamber can help. Black & white copies are .5 cents each; color copies are .15 cents each. Please allow a minimum of two (2) business days to process.

E-News: Weekly e-newsletter "Around the Hill" to keep you informed of Chamber and community events, including: ribbon cuttings, chamber functions, and sponsorship opportunities. Advertise your business, market your event, share your news. (Please see e-newsletter submission guidelines) - INCLUDED.

Georgia Trend: Members receive a complimentary subscription to Georgia Trend magazine; the only statewide business publication in the market is published once a month with two extra issues (Business Georgia and Small Business Guide). It is delivered to more than 50,000 subscribers and has become indispensable to the state's movers and shakers, a tradition that has been carried on for more than 25 years. INCLUDED

Golf Tournament: Come play with us! Each year, the Chamber hosts a great golf tournament. Sponsorship opportunities are available.

Great Ogeechee Seafood Festival: The seafood festival is the largest event that is held in coastal Georgia, and is a fantastic way to showcase your business. The GOSF attracts 38,000 people per year to Richmond Hill. Numerous sponsorship opportunities are available. Booths are available to Chamber members at a discounted rate.

Grits & Government: The Chamber partners with the cities of Richmond Hill and Pembroke, Bryan County and the Development Authority of Bryan County on this annual event with local, state and federal elected officials come to learn about the county's state agenda for the upcoming legislative session in Atlanta.

Healthy Business Alliance: To benefit our members, the Richmond Hill-Bryan County Chamber of Commerce participates in the Healthy Business Alliance®, which is a statewide program established in 1994 with over 140 Chambers serving more than 150 Georgia counties and communities throughout Georgia. These programs were developed to give small and medium-size Chamber-member businesses access to discounted insurance products. By using large group buying power to negotiate advantages on group products, many include discounted premiums.

Inquiry Assistance: The Chamber of Commerce serves as an information source for telephone, Internet, social media, and written inquiries. 

Mailing Labels: A computerized mailing (printed or provided electronically) list of all Chamber members is available to business and individual members of the Chamber each quarter- INCLUDED

Maps: Richmond Hill/Bryan County Street Map & Resource Guide - INCLUDED

Member Directory: A complete listing of Chamber members to encourage member-to-member purchasing. The online directory is updated daily to include our newest members. As a member, your business information will be listed twice - by category and alphabetically - INCLUDED. Advertising space is available, please call us to inquire. Additional category listings are only $25.00.

Member to Member Discounts: From time-to-time Chamber members offer discounts or free products or services to members. These discounts may be listed in the weekly e-newsletter and/or mailed directly to members in good standing. Also, members are able to offer and manage member-to-member discounts via the Members only section of the website.

Networking, Networking, Networking: Is a great way to build your business. In fact, it's pretty much a requirement for small and medium business owners and there's no better place to network than at a Chamber function.

New Member Orientation: Bi-annual event for new members to meet members, Chamber staff & volunteers and learn about how the Chamber can help their business.

Newcomers Guide: Bryan County Newcomers Guide (published by Bryan County News) magazine is available at the Chamber. Advertising opportunities are available.

Realtors List: A complete list of member Real Estate Agents with addresses and phone numbers is available.

REFERRALS, REFERRALS, REFERRALS:: The Chamber refers members to the hundreds of calls received wanting the name of a business or individual who can provide a service for them.

Ribbon Cuttings/Ground Breakings: Ceremonies are available to Chamber members upon request. Announce your grand opening, renovations, etc. through a ceremony publicized through local papers, Chamber e-newsletter and announcements.

Shop, Dine & Play Local This Holiday Season...and beyond: The Chamber, in conjunction with the city of Richmond Hill and the Visitors Bureau markets Small Business Saturday, Shop Small and promotes local businesses throughout the holiday season... and beyond!

Social Media Marketing: "Like" the Chamber's Facebook page and we will repost your relevant postings. In addition to the Chamber's Facebook page; we also manage the Great Ogeechee Seafood Festival and Holly Days on the Hill Facebook pages.

Tax Deduction: Your Chamber dues may be tax deductible as a necessary business expense. Please confer with your tax advisor.

Website: This is where you will get a lot of 'bang for your buck'.
