Presentation By: Optim Physical Therapist, Alan Manning. Manning holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science, a Doctor of Physical Therapy, and also completed a Fellowship in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy with the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy.

- The basic anatomy and function of the shoulder
- Rotator cuff injuries and the proper treatment of shoulder pain, including conservative treatments and when surgery may be required
- Advice and demonstrations on prevention and self-management for rotator cuff dysfunction
