Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop long-term relationships with current and prospective clients
  • Establish target properties/clients through market research, canvassing, building relationships and internal lead development
  • Prepare and submit proposal packages to clients
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients
  • Ensure a smooth transition from contract execution to operations
  • Prepare weekly/monthly updates to management and operations team
  • Attend networking events, set up meetings with potential clients, and cold call regularly

Required Skills/Abilities: 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, detail orientated, organized, excellent time management, ability to meet/exceed sales goals, positive attitude, honest, hardworking and have a team mentality
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite and Aspire software
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills and sales track record
  • Ability to plan and execute methods, pitches, and proposals

Education and Experience:

  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field preferred but not required
  • 3-5 years sales experience
