Richmond Hill Historical Society to Host Dinner at Historic Henry Ford Oyster House


WHAT: The Richmond Hill Historical Society will host an oyster roast dinner at the historic Oyster House in Richmond Hill, built by Henry Ford in the 1930s. Now located within the Ford Field and River Club community, the Oyster House is the perfect setting for an autumn evening spent with old friends and new. This property is typically not open to the public so don't miss the opportunity to experience an evening under the stars with great food and live music at this incredible historic site.


Guests will enjoy southern fall favorites, including a complimentary glass of champagne to start, followed by fresh oysters, barbecue sliders, mac & cheese, collard greens, cornbread, and fruit cobbler. A cash bar will be available throughout the evening. Coastal art will be on display by local artists. Guests will have an opportunity to bid on the artwork through a silent auction.
