What are the benefits of hosting a BAH?
This is a great way to connect the community to your business, advertise and generate possible leads and sales fromĀ attendees who attend.
What is the cost?
To host a BAH, we charge $500. You can find co-hosts to help share the costs with you as well. This is our charge to offset the employee costs that go into getting ready, setting up, and helping run your BAH to ensure it'sĀ successful.
Let's get started!
Choose an available month and let's start planning. You will be in charge of setting up your BAH with tables, drinks, and food. We will invite all of our Chamber Members (overĀ 600 members), Chamber Board &Ā Ambassadors, and City & County officials. We will send a Press Release to all local media, advertise on our social mediaĀ platforms, and on our website.
Things to Know
- BAH are held rain or shine, so please make sure you plan accordingly.
- Please keep in mind the summer months are warm here. Think about offering an inside option, fans, tents, etc.
- We will keep you updated on RSVPs for your
BAH, but keep in mind to add in overage as some RSVP last minute. - Ensure that you provide drinks and hors d'oeuvres for your BAH attendees.
- This is your chance to showcase your business, have marketing materials, special promotions, raffle items, etc. available to your attendees.
- Make sure to have one member of your team to speak on behalf of your company to welcome your guests and give a 30-60 second infomercial
